Fifty years later, in an attempt to find out what happened and aided by the logbook, Samantha Turkel (Louise Lombard), granddaughter of the head archeologist, sets out on an expedition to retrace her grandfather's steps. After discovering forbidden treasure, she recovers a sacred amulet and once again the savage power of the tomb is released. Racing against time and terror, Turkel, along with her dig team and an American detective (Jason Scott Lee), attempt to stop the curse of Talos from annihilating the streets of London and gaining immortal power.
